Market Overview

According to a fact sheet by UNICEF,   " an estimated 12,000 Nepalese children, mainly girls, are trafficked for commercial sexual exploitation each year within Nepal or to brothels in India and other countries." ¹

Estimates also exists reporting that 7,000 women are also trafficked to India brothels each year.²
