Nepal’s adoption system allows illegal trafficking of children
Nepal’s adoption system is rift with problems that allows the trafficking of children and illegal adoption practices, according to a new report.

Inter-country adoption system in the country has encouraged child abuse including abduction and trafficking of children, according to a report released by the United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund (UNICEF) and Terre des Hommes (Tdh), an international NGO, on Friday.The report revealed that only four out of every 100 children adopted in Nepal are adopted by a Nepali family, whereas many children put up for adoption are not orphaned but are separated from their families.
Of the some 15,000 children in orphanages or children’s homes, a significant number of admissions in these setups are a result of fraud, coercion or malpractice, according to the 62-page report.
Illegal Adoptions is a $1.3 billion market and is listed at 31 on the Havocscope Black Market Contraband Index.

I am a victim of the Children& Youth agency of Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania. After making a mistake disciplining my child. The agency takes my children, place them in an opposite race Foster home(caucasion)and promise me that after I receive help from them, I will get my children back. They have not only lied to me, but sabotaged my kids way of thinking about me, added allegations that are false, such as I sexually abused my daughter. Then told judges in the court system that I am not compliant with services, and had already completed half of them. Then gave me 2 choices after I completed all services which took 18 months, that I had to give sole custody to the paternal grandmother, or place them back in a foster home. Yes, I agree that they are making 1 to 2 billion dollars yearly off of black children, through false pretexts and judgement errors. As they lie and manipulate families into losing their family.
If you can offer any advice on how to get your children back out of the system when you dont have lawyer money.?
