Prostitution Sting by Police in the US

The police chief in Vallejo, California reported that a minimum of 5 police officers are needed to make a prostitution arrest. The comments was in response to the bankrupt city disbanding its crime suppression unit, causing the number of prostitution arrests in the city to drop from 96 to 24.
