100,000 people involved in drug trade in Bangladesh
According to the Department of Narcotics Control in Bangladesh, about 100,000 people are involved in the illegal drug trade in Bangladesh, with a majority based out of the capital Dhaka.
Out of the 100,000 people, thirty percent are believed to be women and children.

$180 million music piracy market in Bangladesh
According to Agence France Presse, original music producers account for 5 to 10 percent of sales in the $200 million music market in Bangladesh. The remaining $180 million are sales of pirated copies.
