Summary
According to published reports, Libya paid at least $100 million in the black market to Pakistani scientist Abdul Qadeer Khan for nuclear weapons equipment and expertise.1
The $100 million figure only applies to the amount that Libya paid, and does not include other possible sales to North Korea and Iran.
