Illegal Whe Whe Gambling Losses in Trinidad and Tobago

The Government in Trinidad and Tobago loses around $300 to $400 Million a year in tax revenue due to illegal gambling activities. The major illegal gambling activity in the country is unlicensed “whe whe” plays, which is a form of lottery where gambling pick numbers.
