The following are the Guidelines of the Havocscope Data Center. Please note that this list is subject to change.

[edit] Black Market Activities Data and Information

The data and information inside the Havocscope Data center must be about black market activities. What that means is that the data must be about a traffic or trade in an illegal product or service. In most cases, a financial value is associated with the activity.

The data center is also to be used to trade data and information of black market activities, and NOT the actual products of the black market. Any information that attempts to trade in actual products that are illegal in the United States will be removed.

All data and information listed in the Havocscope Data Center must be sourced. If a claim is made without a source, it will be removed.

[edit] Equal Sides

Each side of an issue must be given the opportunity to offer their data and information. If you input a certain set of data, you must allow another user to offer their set of data as long as it is properly sourced.
