Lack of Tax Payment of Hand-Rolled Tobacco in the UK

According to the United Kingdom’s Revenues and Customs, up to 49 percent of hand-rolled tobacco that is smoked in the country evaded taxes.

Around 10 percent of all cigarettes smoked in the UK evaded taxes by being smuggled into the country’s black market from foreign countries.
